Job Purpose

Duties and responsibilities

• Shift 1: Tuesday – Saturday 8:00 am – 5:30 pm in a fun, collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Shift 2: Sunday – Thursday 8:00 am – 5:30 pm in a fun, collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Utilize customer service expertise to talk with prospects over the phone about our application process, building amenities, lease terms, fees, qualifications, and general leasing information
• Book tours for the field agents from phone calls and the Tour Requests submitted through the website
• Manage leasing emails and voicemails, responding to all leads, contacts, and inquiries in a timely manner
• Updating marketing sources
• Assistance with application screening and key pickups
• Effective communication with all departments within the company
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation Package

• Starting at $19.00 – $21.00 per hour plus monthly bonus opportunity
