Healthy Cornwall based within the Wellbeing and Public Health service provides health improvement interventions across Cornwall and Isles of Scilly that encourages all residents to make healthy lifestyle choices that will support physical and mental wellbeing. The service strives to reduce health inequalities by taking a targeted approach and working with individuals and communities with the most need, situated in areas of high deprivation or those who are socially excluded.
We are looking to recruit a Health Improvement Practitioner to work as part of our Healthy Pregnancy and Early Years team in West Cornwall. The role will require you to work in the community and virtually providing health interventions with peri and post-natal people, young families and professionals from both maternity, early years and community partners.
