Due to an internal move, this transforming business is seeking Call Centre Operators to deliver exceptional customer service for both internal and external customers through every stage of the customer journey.

About the role

• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Work within a newly renovated office
• Work with a range of customers from large corporation to individuals
• Operate within a supportive and dedicated team
• Liaise with Operations Managers, resolving and following up on operational issues and customer feedback
• Constantly identify and action opportunities to improve customer experience
• Build and maintain strong work relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders

About you

What you will bring to the role:

• Previous experience working within a contact centre essential and an ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to take enquires via telephone and type accurate notes within a dispatch system at the same time
• Ability to find information from different platforms whilst speaking to the customer on the phone
• Ability to work within a noisy environment
• Exceptional computer skills
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to negotiate and empathise with a range of different stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in customer service, customer care and the ability to problem solve
• Excellent interpersonal skills, quick at building and maintaining relationships
• High-level of attention to detail, excellent communicator and collaborative team-player

Location: 

You will be based in the company’s Head Office in Epsom, Auckland. The business operates a national network with offices in key cities so you may visit other offices from time to time.
