The Administrative Assistant will assist in organizing, coordinating, and fulfilling various necessary tasks associated with account management, analytic reporting, job postings, and various other administrative tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage communication with various representatives, processes, adding users, and other maintenance with the various software we use.

Respond to email and social media inquiries from applicants, families, and such.

Maintain reports and spreadsheets via Microsoft Teams and Excel. Tracking applicant sources, hire/payroll sources, and other analytics.

Survey creations for internal and external use.

Summarize large amounts of data into usable and actionable information.

Monitoring, sharing, and responding to eKidzCare and ePeople reviews on various platforms, including Indeed, Glassdoor, Facebook, and Google.

Posting to and managing social media accounts – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Highschool graduate or GED

Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task

Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment

Ability to work with MS Office

Time management and organization skills

Interpersonal skills and Customer Service skills

Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.

Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations.

Preferred Requirements:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree

Social Media experience – photos and light graphic design through Canva and other basic graphic design software.

Experience with account management or customer service.

Experience with data collection and summarization.

Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the individual will be working in a general office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, reach with hands and arms, twist, stoop, and kneel. Regularly required to use hands, talk and hear. Specific vision abilities include close, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
