CorTech Hiring for LVHN – Library Receptionist at Allentown, PA Full Time

**Please note: LVHN requires a full Hep B series (3 doses) and positive Hep B antibody documentation**

Library Temp – Part time

Provide assistance to library users and perform clerical tasks to support library, patient education and LVHN institutional repository database.

Specific Tasks:

• Answer simple directional questions (phone/in-person)
• Open/close library front desk
• Assist with book finding
• Notify Information Services of computer problems
• Quality checking library webpages
• Quality checking book records
• Book weeding (removal) and removing catalog corresponding removals
• Library shelf reading
• Creating Scholarly Works pages
• Finding articles in library journals
• Book checkouts
• Copier assistance and paper supply checks/refills
• Faxing assistance
• Scanning/uploading historical documents
• Updating PowerPoint for library mobile monitor
• List patient education materials for review from Central File
• Identify Central file materials requiring tagline removal / design update
• Categorizing patient materials from vendors
• Order supplies for library services/ patient ed as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Required: MS Office including PowerPoint

Prefer: InDesign would be a plus
