The schedule for this role is flexible with the requirement of being in the office M-F
9am-5pm or 8am-4pm.
Duties
Recruiter will establish, develop, grow, and maintain and build relationships with
clients.
Provide clients with timely communication updates and replies around orders,
interviews, start dates, associates’ issues, assignment changes and/or injuries.
Recruiter will serve as the client subject matter expert and keep all orientation,
onboarding requirements, pricing and invoicing information current and update
to date.
Responsible for making sure all information in Power Recruiter is current and
update for the account/accounts managed, this includes order, job descriptions,
rates (pay & bill), assignment details and start/end dates
Recruiting Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring all CorTech’s
technologies, tools, strategies, processes, and procedures are being properly
utilized and engaged for recruiting and serving clients/accounts
To proactively anticipate clients’ needs and then create delivery strategies to
exceed expectations
Seek new opportunities within the client to expand CorTech’s market share by
servicing new areas, skill sets, locations and human capital services
Ensure CorTech receives and processes all associate time for payroll in a timely
that satisfies all weekly and/or bi-weekly timelines
Recruiter will work with the client to resolve all invoicing and payment issues.
Assist with prospecting, business development and marketing activities of
CorTech Brands
Attend and participate in client meetings for existing and new clients
Work with management to properly align staff priorities to satisfy clients, drive
local market revenue and continue to diversify client portfolio
Remote Workspace
While telecommuting, all work conducted by Employee shall be in the
approved remote workspace. The remote workspace must be clean, quiet,
safe and separate from general living areas. Employee’s remote
workspace location is: [insert location, be as specific as possible (e.g. desk
in guest bedroom at residence 123 Broadway St, Chicago, IL 60640)].
While telecommuting, among other things, Employee are required to:
remain accessible during the telecommute schedule;
check in with Employee’s supervisor to discuss
status and open issues;
be available for teleconferences, scheduled on an
as-needed basis;
be available to come into a CorTech office, or go to a designated Client
worksite, if a business need arises;
request supervisor approval in advance of working any overtime hours (if
Employee is non-exempt); f. request supervisor approval to use vacation,
sick, or other leave, as required from employees working at a CorTech
worksite or designated Client worksite; and
not perform personal business during work hours.
