A Customer Care Specialist (CCS) provides first tier support to all of Symbeo’s business-to-business customer base. A CCS has excellent interpersonal and product support skills. Care specialists research processing questions, provide Business-to-business technical support and support the roll-out of new applications and new products to our customers. Customer Care Specialists interact frequently with customers, and require excellent, clear and concise written and verbal communication.

PAY RANGE:
CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.
Pay Range: $15.59 – $25.07 per hour
