Cothran Development Strategies, Inc. is a conservative national fundraising and trade association management company headquartered in Ada, OK with virtual offices throughout the U.S. We are seeking a detail-oriented Freelance Graphic Designer who will support our team with day-to-day web design and editing as well as general graphic design services.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be thoroughly diverse in website design and editing
• Experienced with Microsoft Suite programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Thorough knowledge of all Google programs (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Access and a thorough knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Acrobat (Photoshop and Illustrator are also a plus).
• High standards for accuracy and consistency- showing strong attention to detail.
• Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Accept and provide feedback professionally
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask successfully
• Able to successfully work without being micromanaged
• Reliable
• Writing experience a plus

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Website: Develop, edit and maintain client websites.
• Social Media: (Twitter/FB/LinkedIn/etc) Periodically develop and post content for a variety of clients and industries.
• Copy-editing: Edit and proofread online content and other material for clarity, grammar, accuracy, in-house style, and general tone.
• Special Event Design: design invites, meeting materials, brochures, signage, etc. as needed for events and conventions
• Set up, troubleshoot basic staff digital tools, technology, etc.
• Ensure smooth and efficient workflow, making sure all deadlines are being met and projects stay on track for delivery.

Misc Requirements:
– participate in weekly team member meetings as needed via Zoom
– be available to respond to email communication daily Monday – Friday.

Pay: $26.00 – $50.00 per hour
