Council for Estate Agencies Hiring For Senior Manager/Manager (Corporate Communications & Public Outreach) at Singapore Full Time

As part of the CEA Corporate Communications and Public Outreach team, you will plan and implement marketing and communication strategies to publicise and increase buy-in of CEA’s policies and initiatives amongst industry stakeholders and the public.

What you will be working on

You will be involved in a variety of communications and outreach functions such as strategic communications, marketing, media relations, social media, publications, website management, and stakeholder engagement.

We are looking for a driven and self-motivated individual who is resourceful and works well in a team. You should have relevant training in marketing, mass communications, public relations, or related disciplines with at least four to six years of relevant and proven working experience in these fields.

You should also possess these core skills:
• Excellent writing and communication skills. A good command of a second language will be useful.
• Strong knowledge and experience in planning and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrable experience in managing websites, digital marketing channels, email marketing campaigns, social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn) and instant messaging apps (e.g. WhatsApp, Telegram).
• An analytical mind, with experience in analysing digital performance data and creating reports for social media platforms and email marketing campaigns, and website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
• Experience in web content management system (CMS) SiteFinity, User Interface (UI), User Experience (UX), and search engine optimisation (SEO) will be useful.
• Project and event management experience.
• Design, graphic editing, video production and/or photography skills will be a plus.
• Proven experience in managing and supporting internal and external stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact well with members of public at outreach events.
• Good time management.
