The hours and days for this Assistant Longlife Manager position are XXXX

At Countdown no two days are the same but in this role assisting the Department Manager, you could expect to be:

• Training and developing team members in your Department

• Sales planning, rostering, ordering of stock and maintaining merchandise standards

• Championing Occupational Health and Safety and Food Safety practices to ensure a safe working environment for customers, staff and contractors

• Implementing promotion planning with great detail and in a timely manner

In our next Assistant Longlife Manager we are looking for:

• Previous people leadership experience in a retail environment

• A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills

• Previous experience with ordering, stocktake and rostering systems

• The ability to obtain a forklift licence
