The hours and days for this Bakery Supervisor position are Wednesday 0400 – 1230, Thursday 0400 – 1230, Friday 0400 – 1230 and Saturday 0400 – 1230

In this role assisting the department manager with their responsibilities, you could expect to be:

• Ensuring a great level of service for our bakery customers

• Overseeing the production and quality of our products

• Having sole charge of the Bakery in the absence of the department manager

• Championing Occupational Health and Safety and Food Safety practices to ensure a safe working environment for customers, staff and contractors

In our next Bakery Supervisor we are looking for:

• Previous baking experience

• A willingness for early starts and to work on your feet for most of your shift

• A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills

• A passion for creativity and keen eye for detail

• The ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames
