These are fantastic remote working positions that will allow you to connect directly with communities and customers across the country responding to queries and resolving problems. You’ll be working in the heart of our organisation in the heart of your home!
About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
Whether by phone or email, this team is a busy bunch – they work hard to achieve their goals as a group. They provide quality and efficient customer service within agreed targets for our customers. With high volumes of work, they are helping over 1000 kiwi’s each day. There is never a dull moment and the work is highly satisfying.
About You | Mōu
You should be a highly customer focused individual, process oriented with a good eye for detail and ability to multitask. As the work is remote, it is essential that you have contact centre experience and know your way around a computer so you can hit the ground running! Here’s what else you’ll need to succeed in the role:
Internet – reliable high speed broadband / wifi
A smartphone
Ideally a private room with office desk to fit 2 screens and a chair
A degree of Technical knowledge and computer literacy
Great communication skills and the ability to build rapport
Specifically we have opportunities across the following:
A start date of 11 July 2022, training Monday to Friday for three weeks, 8am – 3.30pm then as per rostered hours.
Shifts will be Monday to Sunday anytime from 5am – 11.30pm
