At CountdownX we’ve just completed a large scale operating model review as we accelerate our ambition to create highly personalised, seamless and connected experiences for our customers. Within this context, we’re looking for an eCommerce Logistics Commercial Administrator here in Aotearoa.

As an eCommerce Logistics Commercial Administrator, you will be the go to person for any account queries from our drivers and suppliers. This will involve resolving inconsistencies or late payments whilst adhering to the company’s payment processes and protocols. This role is based onsite at an eStore.

About the Role | Mō te Tūranga

• Ensure suppliers provide accurate & timely invoice of all goods and services for deliveryX

• Accurate driver invoice payment processing and issue resolution

• Book in and follow up on truck repair and service requirements, keeping on top of COF requirements and communicating with stakeholders to ensure compliance

• Work with other deliveryX stakeholders to facilitate and manage truck movements to ensure trucks are at the required destination at the correct time

• General maintenance to ensure the Eroad system is up to date and accurately captures all vehicle and driver information

• General admin & queries, message sending and information gathering

• Attending WWNZ Tribe & Squad events and contribute where required

• Adhere to WWNZ Finance protocols for reporting and manage reporting accuracy in the systems for WWNZ

About You | Mōu

To succeed in this role you will:

• Have 1+ year Administrator experience

• Be proficient in Excel/Google & Microsoft tools

• Have good communication skills

• Have strong organisational and coordination skills

• Have strong attention to detail

• Have the ability to resolve or escalate issues that may arise

• Have the ability to remain calm under pressure
