We are hiring for a Front Desk Receptionist. This is a special role. It is more than just an administrative position. You are the first face our patients interact with—how you care for our patients will have a significant impact on their experience & overall recovery.
At Coury & Buehler Physical Therapy we strive to provide what we call Raving Fan service—we make sure patients feel like family, have a blast during treatment, get incredible results, and feel deeply cared for and valued!
So what exactly does this role entail?
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be a liaison between patients and other team members (Physical Therapists, Billing team, etc.). Your primary responsibility is to provide the highest level of customer service, providing patients with support and guidance as needed. You will be responsible for greeting patients, signing them in, completing all required paperwork, explaining insurance benefits, collecting co-pays, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records.
