COVID Clinic was founded by Dr. Matthew Abinante from Elevated Health in Huntington Beach, CA. We are a California non-profit public benefit corporation. There is a group of individuals dedicated to providing COVID-19 testing for all and we are excited to offer new work opportunities! Patient testing is a key component of care, and we take this role very seriously.

What we are looking for:

COVID Clinic is excited to offer new work opportunities! We are looking to hire temporary clerical assistance to maintain efficiency and assist in a wide range of administrative tasks.

Applicants MUST:

• Have computer skills

• Have a strong grasp of the English language (bilingual is a plus!)

• Have open availability in scheduling. This includes mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekend

• Be able to stand for long periods of time

• Wear comfortable, movable, and washable clothing.

• Have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Be a team player!

Duties may consist of but are not limited to:
Patient curbside pre-registration
Direct traffic flow to each station
Provide patients on-site assistance with all questions or concerns they may have
Site locations are outside, and we are open rain or shine
Be comfortable using portapotty for bathroom use
Patient support (helping patients register, answering general questions regarding our services and
setting correct service expectations)
Checking patients in and printing labels etc,
Prepping testing materials (test kits etc)
Inventory management
Cleaning/disinfecting
Site ops management including trash, security, schedule, break time management, traffic pattern set up
(a-frames, cones)
Processing rapid tests
Inputting rapid test results for tests that require manual entry
Quality control of non-clinical processes
Counting number of tests each night and reporting daily numbers

Job Type: Full-Time Temporary lasting 30-120 days with possibility of extension

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
