Covid Clinic Hiring for Clerical Assistant NEEDED Job at Ventura, CA Full Time

About Us:

COVID Clinic was founded by Dr. Matthew Abinante from Elevated Health in Huntington Beach, CA. We are a California non-profit public benefit corporation. There is a group of individuals dedicated to providing COVID-19 testing for all and we are excited to offer new work opportunities! Patient testing is a key component of care, and we take this role very seriously.

What we are looking for:

COVID Clinic is excited to offer new work opportunities! We are looking to hire temporary clerical assistance to maintain efficiency and assist in a wide range of administrative tasks.

Applicants MUST:

• Have computer skills

• Have a strong grasp of the English language (bilingual is a plus!)

• Have open availability in scheduling. This includes mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekend

• Be able to stand for long periods of time

• Wear comfortable, movable, and washable clothing.

• Have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Be a team player!

Duties may consist of but are not limited to:

• Patient curbside pre-registration

• Direct traffic flow to each station

• Provide patients on-site assistance with all questions or concerns they may have

• Site locations are outside, and we are open rain or shine

• Be comfortable using portapotty for bathroom use

Job Type: Full-Time Temporary lasting 30-120 days with possibility of extension

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
