We are looking for a highly organized and detail oriented project coordinator to support the Growth Manager for Supply Chain IoT inside of Cox New Growth. The role is designed for a self-starter who is passionate about organizing project teams for success.
Responsibilities:
- Submit purchase order requests and receipts
- Manage customer supplier invoicing process including payment and status reporting
- Help gather updates to include in monthly financial forecast
- Basic data pulling / reviewing / entry into templates
- Support management of supplier engagements using tracking tools
- Submit new supplier setup requests
- Help gather updates on stratus of contracts
- Support the hiring process by posting jobs online and scheduling interviews
- Support the onboarding process by populating new hire worksheets with appropriate details and submitting equipment/access requests
- Support team building and offsite planning efforts throughout the year
- Help manage Growth Manager deliverables and other requests of the team
Minimum Qualifications:
- Organizational skills
- Ability to track and follow up on multiple deliverables
- Ability to manage competing priorities and ambiguous asks
- Ability to drive execution and overcome roadblocks
- Influencing without authority to ensure deliverables are completed by other more senior team members and contractors
- Positive attitude and willingness to wear many hats
- Proactivity
- Project management and coordination
