Cpl has an urgentrequirement for a Clerical Officer (Grade III) to provide administration support to a very busy HSE Department in Tralee, Co. Kerry.
- 6-month contract
- 37 hours/week
- €13.05/hour
- On-site role (no remote working)
- Immediately availability
What you will be doing:
- Diary management for the Head of Service
- Minute taking and sending out agenda’s
- Tracking correspondences
- Creating templates in Excel and tracking data (statistics)
- Managing a busy email inbox
- Tracking queries coming through to the department and highlighting to the Head of Service
- Ad hoc duties as they arise
What you will have:
- 1-2 years of administration experience working in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Previous experience managing a busy diary
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Highly organised and detail oriented
- Comfortable working with Senior Management
