Cpl are proud to partner with an expanding Manufacturing/Engineering organisation to recruit a HR Assistant.

This is a newly created position to support the HR Manager with HR/Employee related activities.

Role Details:

• Full time, permanent, office based position in Little Island
• Mon-Thurs, 09:00 – 17:00 and Friday 09:00 – 16:00

Supporting the HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting with the recruitment process (screening CVs, assisting with interviews and issuing of employment contracts)
• Responding to HR queries from employees
• Compiling and maintaining employee records including annual leave and sickness/absence
• Processing payroll and assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits
• Coordination of training programmes, workshops and seminars
• Entering employee data onto database and ensuring records are continuously updated
• Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
• Writing and submitting HR reports
• Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communications

The ideal candidate:

• You will have 2 years of experience in a HR department ideally supporting with training related activities
• You will have a HR or related Degree
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to manage large amounts of HR related administration/data

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €28,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
