2nd & 3rd shift positions available

Shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shifts

Position Summary

• Inspection and measurement of machined parts.

• Evaluate drill carbides effective usage.

• Keeping tool sharpening room clean and orderly.

• Visually inspecting for defects

• Advancement of product through the manufacturing facility if needed.

• Knowledge and ability to plan & execute complex tooling jobs.

• Ability to hold tight tolerances on carbides

• Monday through Friday schedule but must be willing to work overtime as required on Saturday.

  Requirements

• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs.

• Basic manufacturing process and industrial experience.

• Ability to multi-task.

• Willingness to have diversity in daily job tasks.

• Able to use basic hand tools.

• Ability to use pneumatic hand tools.

• Ability to read and understand precision measuring tools.

• Familiar with machine shop environment and safety measures.

• Effective organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

• Technical knowledge base and the desire to learn more

• Dependability, attention to detail and the ability to follow and interpret procedures

• Able to successfully multitask and meet project milestones

• Able to proactively communicate on multiple projects

• Conduct and ensure training are comprehended and retained

• Demonstrated commitment to safety
