Qualifications

1. Completion of high school or equivalent.

2. Good command of English, both spoken and written.

3. experience in a asset

4.Ability to take direction in housekeeping duties and to carry duties through in a safe,

responsible and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

1. To ensure the maintenance of a clean facility by:

-Cleaning resident rooms,floors washrooms and furnishings.

-Cleaning, sweeping, mopping and dusting of staff facilities and designated areas.

-Emptying waste containers and relining with plastic bags.

-Washing mops at the end of each shift and put in laundry pail.

-Washing and disinfecting all clean and soiled service rooms and storage

rooms.

-Re-stocking residents’ rooms and washrooms.

-Re-stocking staff and visitors’ washrooms.

General Staff Requirements:
1. Professional Credentials, including a copy of current registration with the applicable provincial licensing authority
2. Current Vulnerable Sector Police Checks ( Completed within 6 months)
3. Medical Certificates i.e. TB tests / Copy of chest x-ray (1 year validity), proof of COVID vaccination Current CPR certificate.
4. Copy of ID
5. Proof of eligibility to work in Canada ( if applicable)

Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal

Salary: From $20.00 per hour
