CRATERS & FREIGHTERS, The nation’s leader in crating, packaging and shipping. Craters & Freighters (www.cratersandfreighters.com) is looking to add another member to our team. We build custom wood crates, and corrugated boxes as well as pack furniture and fragile items. If you like working with your hands, consider yourself handy, using power tools, and have a great work ethic this is the job for you. We will train you to work with power tools, air tools and hand tools in shipping, packing and crating. You’ll learn a trade and advance within an organization. Hours are 7:30-5 Mon-Fri. Most building is done in our warehouse but occasionally on-site at customer’s facility. Experience driving non CDL trucks 24-26′ is a plus and will increase your hourly pay.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Package and crate fragile and/or heavy, high-value items
• Work as a team member to assemble and build crates.
• Maintain a professional image

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Self-motivated & Positive attitude
• Attention to detail.
• Dependable and trustworthy
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
• Competent in spoken and written English
• Good with basic math and able to read a tape measure accurately
• Must pass pre-employment drug test
