Creative Financial Staffing Hiring for Accounting Clerk at Chicago, IL Full Time

Our company is currently seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.


About the Company:

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices (100-150 daily)
  • Investigating why things did not get paid
  • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
  • Compute and record numerical data
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties

Qualifications:

  • Accounts Payable experience- (1-2 years minimum)
  • Lawson- preferred
  • Healthcare-plus
  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
