Creative Financial Staffing Hiring for Customer Service/Administrative Assistant Job at Columbus, OH Full Time

We are working with a leading company in the food, confections and snack industry. We have a team of sales members who travel the country working with retailers and distributors.

They are seeking a responsible, reliable, self-motivated full-time individual to assist our sales team with administrative duties and customer service responsibilities.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Processing Purchase Orders
• Working with manufacturers and customers via Outlook and phone
• Follow-up and follow-through on current projects
• Excel worksheets
• Answering phones
• Additional general office duties as needed
• PowerPoint presentations
• Receiving/Shipping Samples
• Stocking the sample room

Job Requirements:

• Multitasking and great phone skills are a MUST
• At least 1 year’s customer service experience
• At least 1 years’ experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Able to navigate a computer and computer programs
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift 30lbs or more
