Primary responsibilities for the HR/Admin include:
- Supporting executive staff
- Planning and executive team and executive events
- Supporting HR functions including onboarding and updating employee files
- Manage incoming mail and packages
- Stock kitchen
- Office Management
Ideal skills and experience for qualified HR/Admin applicants:
- 5+ years of professional office management experience
- Bachelor’s degree is a PLUS!
- Experience supporting executive team
- Proficiency in Google Suite, including Google Sheets
- Comfortable utilizing digital platforms such as Slack, Zoom, Teams, etc
- Exposure to HRIS systems
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Strong sense of ownership and reliability
- Demonstrates initiative
