Job description

The position supports our Sales Associates at our Taylor FLooring locations.

Responsibilities:

Ultimately, you will support Sales Associates with administration tasks on a daily basis.
Position includes:

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with sales associates.
• Perform accurate and timely invoicing of sales agreements using the company’s internal software program.
• Provide support with RMAs / Credits for products to ensure that all required information is received in a timely manner for returns and credits
• Administrative and reception duties at the Daartmouth store location.
• Provide information regarding products, order status, tracking information and pricing to sales associates, vendors, couriers, etc. via phone and email
• Identify and resolve issues
• Administration support will vary and is subject to change
• Understand and adhere to all company policy and procedures
• Other administrative support on a timely basis. Administration support will vary and is subject to change.
• Understand and adhere to all company policy and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
