We’re looking for the best and brightest minds to join Creative Propulsion Labs. We’re a team of 50+ professionals servicing clients in a variety of industries.

We are in search of a qualified, organized, and intelligent Digital Art Director.

Candidates must be comfortable working in a deadline driven, creative, team environment, and must be able to stay late sometimes, depending on deadlines. Candidates must also be comfortable working on multiple projects in different industries at the same time, be a self starter, and able to manage their own projects. Most importantly, candidates must be willing to speak up and defend their ideas. Ideal candidate will be able to juggle various projects throughout the week, jump from one medium to another, and contribute to the process.

You’re a Perfect Fit If:

• 5+ years senior design experience in graphic design & multimedia design.
• 100% confident in Adobe CC Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
• Resourceful & creative – able to brainstorm & conceptualize.
• Must have the ability to tailor creatives, and have the knowledge and know-how to try new tactics and push the boundaries of the brand voice.
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital advertising & best practices.
• Experience producing digital content for social media channels.
• Process-oriented thinker, highly organized.
• Visual story-teller – can see a concept stretch to different platforms and media.
• Strong attention to detail and is a good communicator.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment/quick learner.
• You have great storytelling skills, and can lead a project from beginning to end.
• You have an impressive reel that proves your worth as a master video editor working with raw content and motion graphics to create content for different mediums: digital, film, VR, etc.
• Strong photo and video editing & motion graphics skills: color correction, photo manipulation, illustration, understanding of composition.
• You know how to lead content ideation process and conceptualization, along with end to end execution of shows/productions.
• You know how to produce strong social, digital video and audio content with quick turnaround.
• You have flawless English spelling and grammar.
• You have proven track record of high-quality Photoshop-style design skills with quick turnaround.
• You have proven Premiere/Final Cut-style video editing skills with quick turnaround.
• You are able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, account managers, creatives, outside producers and all other persons involved with productions.
• You continously search for tools, plug-ins, software, and other relevant industry innovations to improve the overall look and feel of our video content.

At a minimum, you have:

• 5+ years senior design experience in graphic design & multimedia design.
• BS degree in film studies, cinematography or related field.
• At least 5 years of Digital editorial experience.
• Profound understanding and experience on how to use/manage digital platforms.
• A command of production terminology and procedures.
• Verifiable experience working on Mac, Adobe Production Suite (Photoshop, Premiere), Lightroom, Final Cut Pro X, After Effects software.
• Live streaming experience.
