Your field of responsibility The Resilience Operations Center Americas Lead is responsible for threat management, heightened resilience planning and crisis management for the Americas region. This includes the delivery of training, planning and response to crisis events impacting Credit Suisse, in partnership with senior management across the Americas region. Provide senior management support to the wider Enterprise Resilience team as the second most senior person in the region and most senior in Raleigh. Chair the Americas Crisis Assessment Team and facilitate the Americas Crisis Management Team on behalf of Regional COO (CMT Chair). Your skills and experience Experience in the planning and management of crisis events. Strong organizational skills are also a requirement as well as a track record of achievement.
