Creekside Behavioral Health Hiring for Receptionist – Evenings Job at Kingsport, TN Full Time

• Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
• Answers questions about hospital and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
• Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
• Receives, sorts, and routes mail and publications.
• Creates and prints fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when necessary.
• Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.

• Minimum 21 years of age
• High School graduate or equivalent, and able to provide proof of minimum education level of high school or college program graduation
• Experience working in an inpatient hospital/facility setting
• Ability to multi-task, operate multi-line phone system
• Congeniality and flexibility are required in working with visitors, clients, and other departments within facility
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
