Our automation and control solutions for homes and buildings allow our clients to control entire environments with the push of a button, integrating systems such as Audio Visual, Lighting, Shading, Security, Building Management Systems and HVAC to provide greater comfort, convenience and security.

Expand the monitoring team to ensure system stability watching the platform to detect and repair cloud-based failures and provide our customers stable and resilient system.

• Work closely with Cloud DevOps team to monitor The XIO-Cloud system health

• implement and enhance system alerts and processes

• Work with cloud operation and deployment team define and develop dashboards to visualize data in a way that supports timely analysis and decision making

• Monitor XIO-Cloud residential and Commercial products and ensure stability

• Provide data analytics services across cloud operations, development and service organizations

• Keep the product owners and stakeholders on Triage issues and the remediation progress

Act on Production alerts and suggest remediation in time to avoid service interruptions

General Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science , or closely related field is required, Master’s Degree a plus

• Must be available to work up to 40 hours per week while working remotely

Technical Skills

• 2-4 years’ experience in a supporting role in an engineering environment

• Proficiency with cloud monitoring and data analytics tools

• Proficiency in the core areas of data extraction, transformation and loading

• Able to work with engineering users to define new data analytics applications

• Able to work efficiently with large datasets

• Microsoft Office Savvy – specially managing Excel sheet and produce meaningful reports

• Experience in monitoring/support various applications including azure resources.

• Experience in triaging Azure resources and applications issues.

• Strong communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, written, and listening) with the ability to articulate work at different levels of the organization
