Competitive Pay. At Crew Carwash, you can earn Up to $13/hr. Your base hourly rate is guaranteed at $11/hr.

Incentive pay potential depends on amount of hours worked, seasonality and your individual sales results.

On top of all of this, we offer special contests with Amazon Gift Cards, $40 value in free car washes every month, Tuition Assistance, plus individual awards every month based on performance.

College tuition assistance. We give up to $3,500 each year. Just average 20 hours worked per week to qualify.
