CRH Anesthesia Hiring for Clinical Scheduler at Atlanta, GA Full Time

Position Overview:

CRH Anesthesia, a Well Health Technologies company is a fast-growing company providing anesthesia support to several locations in 17 states. We are looking for an evening Scheduler for either FT or PT. This position is remote and hours will be 2pm – 11pm EST.

The Clinical Scheduler will report to the Director of Operations and will play a key role in assisting various ASC centers with scheduling providers, managing on-call and last-minute schedule changes on a routine basis. This is a salaried position with opportunity for advancement. Ideal candidate will be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units.

Responsibilities:

• Generating schedule for multiple providers, including FT, PT, PRN & LOCUMS
• Partnering with Operations and Credentialing teams to ensure proper schedule is outlined
• Working with providers (CRNAs) to ensure an updated work schedule is provided accurately and timely on a monthly basis

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in corporate office setting; knowledge of onboarding procedures highly recommended
• 1+ year experience in a healthcare related role
• 2+ years experience in provider scheduling
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
