Cribl is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Enablement
candidate to join our dynamic and innovative team. As Sr. Manager,
Enablement Operations, you will play a crucial role in driving the
success of our sales organization by implementing and administering our
Enablement Technology Strategy. The role is responsible for the vision
and tech stack strategy as enablement scales. Additionally, providing
data-driven insights and continuously assessing the effectiveness of
training programs is critical to enhance the overall performance of the
sales team. This role requires a strong technical depth and analytical
mindset to help provide true, actionable insights. The primary focus, in
year one, includes deployment of a sales enablement and content
platform. This will empower our Business Development Representatives
(BDRs), Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), and Solution Engineers (SEs)
with the necessary knowledge and tools to excel in their roles and
achieve their targets.

Salary Range ($175,000 – $225,000)
The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary
offered within the range described will be based on the individual
