Criterion Child Enrichment specializes in developmentally appropriate programs and services for young children and their families. We believe in the strength of the family and its capacity to promote the health and development of children. We offer community-based developmental enrichment groups, child care, early intervention and newborn home visiting programs.

• Answer phone and direct calls to appropriate staff, review voicemails
• Document all referrals and inquiries
• Greet visitors, screen if needed, and direct to appropriate staff
• Record cancellations of service and staff absences and forward information to appropriate staff
• Light clerical work & general office support
• Familiarity with Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)

The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday in the Roxbury Center.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two (2) years of experience working in a general office setting
