BASIC PURPOSE:
The primary responsibility of the Billing Supervisor is to supervise the day to day operations within the billing department, including supervision of the staff and performance reviews

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Hire, train, coach, and manage members of the billing team
• Ensure team has appropriate backup to maintain timely billing SLAs and processes
• Provide day to day guidance and direction to the billing team members
• Manage and hold the team members accountable to their individual SLAs
• Manage the inquiries and production requests to ensure the team is able to support the business needs within a reasonable time period
• Review and sign off on all SOX or Key controls for the billing department
• Interact on a daily basis with other Shared Service departments on issues surrounding daily operations of the departments
• Implement new processes/tasks within the team
• All other duties as assigned

• Good understanding of payroll/billing process flow for a staffing organization

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma w/ some college
