Responsibilities:

Answers the main phone line in a professional and courteous manner. Checks and disperses general office voicemail and faxes.

Manages first impressions at the front desk. Responsible for overall office maintenance and presentation. Ensures front office space is tidy and presentable.

Provides assistance to various departments.

Demonstrate command of such tasks as data entry, faxing, copying, scanning, filing, and word processing.

Coordinates outgoing mail, as well as incoming mail.

Other duties as required and assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
