Overview

Overview: This position will provide comprehensive financial planning & analysis support to a variety of operating and cost center divisions within the Inventory Services business unit at WIS International. S/He

will provide dedicated support for several major divisions, and also might be called on to provide similar support to other corporate groups. This role will develop budgets, forecasts, and related reporting, will

analyze and report on the company financial results, and will perform monthly variance analysis and various ad-hoc projects related to business needs. Heavy emphasis on interpersonal skills and ability to

partner with Division leadership team members and their leaders up to the COO and CFO level, and also with the Accounting/Controller team.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze monthly P&L information as it relates to the annual budget

• Pro-actively look for risk related to budget variances and return on operating units

• Research and respond to P&L questions from division managers

• Generate financial reports for operating managers covering various key metrics

• Validate budget information through variance analysis

• Work to improve current models and templates used for financial analysis

• Maintain working knowledge of accounting treatment for actuals (I/C Revenue, ManagementFees, Retail Allocations)

• Perform new business modeling and provide ongoing support to structure of new business modelin Excel

Qualifications

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance. Five or more (5+) years accounting and/or financial analysis experience. Strong technical experience

required with data analysis in Excel, data manipulation (e.g. SQL, Oracle, etc.) and other financial analysis tools.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this position, the team member is regularly required to be able to: sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse

and/or other peripherals. Light to moderate lifting may be required from time-to-time up to 60 lbs.

Computer Skills/Tools & Technology: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Office Suite software (such as Outlook, Word, Excel (advanced), Power

Point, etc.), and order processing systems or the aptitude to learn. Accounting principles, Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Reports/Planning, Epicor and others.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CPA a plus, but not required.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Work environment: Hybrid

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructionsfurnished (in written, oral, or diagram form) and to deal with a variety of concrete variables in

situations where only limited standardization exists.
