Crossroads Senior Living Hiring for Front Desk Concierge Job at Delta, CO Full Time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet all residents, guests, and visitors entering the community; announce visitors; direct the flow of business that comes through the front desk
• Arrange services for residents and assists residents to appointments as needed
• Monitor all guests/vendors on campus and maintain various logs and registration books
• Assists with Activities Department
• Assists Marketing Director with tours
• Coordinates company vehicle maintenance and cleaning with Maintenance Department
• Other tasks and projects as assigned by Executive Director
• Service oriented
• Sensitive to the needs of seniors
• Ability to build rapport quickly with peers and residents

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus
• Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, bend, crouch
• Frequently required to talk and hear
• Occasionally required to bend and twist
• Above average concentration/intensity, which includes prolonged mental effort with limited opportunity for breaks
• Average memory, taking into consideration the amount and type of information
• Moderate level of complex decision making
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate

Minimum Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-2 years of workplace experience required, preferably in assisted living setting
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening, criminal background investigation, and reference inquiries
