Data Entry Specialists needed for our Westlake Village office. Day and night shifts available! $20.00/hour + Benefits! No experience needed!

Day Shift: Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm
Night Shift: Mon-Fri 4:00pm-11:45pm
Weekend Shift: Sat 8:00am-4:30pm

Job Duties:

• Will be entering names and addresses into proprietary database from handwritten docuements.
• While entering names, you will decipher writing, decide spelling, use common sense/experience to read messy handwriting and follow state guidelines on when/how to enter a name.
• Once you have mastered the data entry, you will be trained on Exceptions. Exceptions are the invalid names that were not automatically matched system to voter file. These names will be manually searched, compared and matched to the customer file.
• Must be able to contrast and compare, use deductive reasoning, use common sense to match and comprehend search modes/program as well as follow multiple state guidelines.

Requirements:

• HS Diploma/GED
• Able to read cursive and handwriting
• Experience in data entry a plus!
• Able to type at least 40 WPM

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
