What you will be doing

This role will see you provide a high level of operational administration support to our Auckland team.

You will be a key point of contact for our Sales, Rental, Service and Driving Training teams and be responsible for coordinating the daily bookings for customer Forklift Driver Training courses, preparing service quotations and the accurate data processing of Driver Training, Lift Truck Sales & Service workshop invoicing and purchasing as required.

This really is a diverse role where you will need to think on your feet and be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.

What you will bring to the role:

Operational administration experience, in warehousing, distribution or logistics.
Exceptional communication ability, to communicate with Customers, Technicians, Service Managers
Proficient in Microsoft Office and have fast, accurate data entry skills
Professional with a strong focus on providing great customer outcomes
A strong team player
Well organised, able to prioritise and work successfully to deadlines
Detail oriented
