This role primarily involves providing administrative support to the accounts department of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Matching POs to invoices.
2. Providing general administrative support to accounts department.
3. Any other ad-hoc duties.
Person Specification:
1. Accounts related third level qualification is desired.
2. Leaving Cert Essential.
3. Must be enthusiastic and willing to learn about all company systems and procedures.
4. Must have a high level of IT skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
5. Excellent organisational skills.
6. Excellent attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. Ability to work on own initiative.
9. Strong team player.
