Crowne Plaza Auckland are looking for full time Food & Beverage Attendants to come and join us on our re-opening journey as we transition back to be open to the public!

Your day to day

Located right in the heart of the city, show us your passion to want to grow in hotels or hospitality!

• Serving guests during breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts in our restaurant & bar;
• Preparing for service for our banquets functions;
• Working closely with our kitchen team for service periods as well as conferences;
• Be the bubbly superstar that can interact with clients and guests; and
• Liaising with our Conference & Events team to ensure our clients/guests vision comes to life.

As our hotel is due to re-open on the 13 June, we have so many exciting things to plan and look forward to!

What we need from you

Ideally you’ll have a real passion for hospitality and possess the ability to interact well with guests.

• Previous experience in a customer service role would be beneficial;
• Hotel experience is beneficial but not required;
• Be able to demonstrate IHG True Hospitality on a day-to-day basis;
• Someone who is flexible with shifts – we are 24/7 operating business; and
• Have a bubbly personality!
