Education SPOC Monitoring Officer
Grade 6 (£28,470 – £29,502)
We are seeking a skilled administrator who can work within our education team to provide key information on cases to our highly active SPOC team about schooling and education.
Monitoring a specific email inbox you will respond promptly and professionally to emails and calls and be able to support schools, Safeguarding leads, police and social care colleagues with information and data.
You are confident with IT and council CSC systems and can learn quickly, picking up training and advice- as provided by your line manager, our Education Safeguarding lead.
