Summary/ Objective:

The Consumption Data Clerk is responsible for the accurate tracking and data entry of consumed items. This is an entry level position in which training will occur in the area of need at the time. This position will keep track of what is used to produce and complete orders through an inventory system.

• Able to recognize and report errors found in physical counts and in software.

• Good Attendance

• Attention to detail; proficient with numbers

• Ability to utilize NAV Software

• Utilize scan gun as needed to track movement/inventory of all supplies and ingredients.

• Organize and file supply tracking/usage sheets.

• Able to effectively multi-task.

• Personable; works well with others; good team player.

Required to work in cold, damp, wet environment that is a constant 33-36 degrees.

• Must be able to work in a physically demanding position – bend, kneel, twist, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb ladders, lift and reach above shoulders repeatedly most of the workday.

• Assist with cycle counts as needed.

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and write in English

• Knowledge of basic Algebra

• Ability to use calculator

• Must have basic working knowledge of Office applications, ie. Word, Excel.

• Ability to communicate with team.

• Ability to use hand-held computer as well as a desk top computer or I-Pad

• Good sense of responsibility and ownership for one’s duties

• Ability to work weekends if needed.

• Ability to follow instructions (written and verbal)

• Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with lots of multi-tasking

• Effective use of company time, seek out duties to ensure you, and those in your area, are consistently productive

• Maintains good attendance record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.05 per hour
