Problem Statement

Crux is an AI Copilot for Decision-Making. We enable performance marketers to single-handedly manage tens of ad accounts with hundreds of campaigns with the Crux Copilot. Crux prioritizes what needs attention based on patterns and anomalies for every KPI, builds a narrative for the root cause, and suggests actionable recommendations for improvement. All of this is enabled with a simple chat interface that anybody can start using instantly.

Crux is used by some of the largest ad agencies with billions in ad spend like Channel Factory, Pixis.ai, Alley Group, and mar-tech leaders like Netcore.

But often, we are bogged down with grunt work like filling up forms, crunching numbers, and reinventing the wheel. Slower analysis leads to slower decision-making and thus, a loss of opportunities. The Team

Crux was founded by a team of IIT Bombay graduates, who have known each other for half a decade now. We started our journey back in college where we built software for our own campus, then worked on a nationwide social initiative called Eduride and have previously been associated with Bain & Co, PwC, ITC, Citibank, J&J, NAVI, and others.

We are backed by top investors including Emergent Ventures, Y Combinator, First Cheque, Neon Fund, and top product & technology executives in the industry.

What are we looking for?

Someone who demonstrates a passion for building and delivering great software with a strong sense of ownership and is comfortable working in a highly agile, intensive software development process. Someone ready to learn and explore new programming languages on their own.

What you will do?

As a front-end developer, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of AI assistants for data teams. You’ll learn the intricacies of Large Language Models (LLMs) to optimize their usage across multiple use cases. You’ll be working at the forefront of AI revolutions and pushing the boundaries of what AI can achieve in data management and analysis.

On a day-to-day level, you will utilize React to build functional UIs for web applications and ensure that they are tailored for intricate design requirements and work seamlessly with backend APIs.

Responsibilities

• React, HTML, CSS, Typescript (Must have Hands-on Experience with the mentioned tech stack)
• API Integration (Well-versed with integrating complex backend APIs)
• Database (Good to have Hands-on Experience with Postgres)
• AWS (Amazon Web Services) (Good to have Hands-on Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
• Natural Language Processing (NLP) (Proficiency in NLP techniques and libraries, such as NLTK, spaCy, or Hugging Face Transformers, would be essential for working with language models)

Pre-requisite Tech Stack

• React, HTML, CSS, Typescript, and SQL

Good To Have

• Previous work experience with a start-up or similar setting is preferred
• Having an interest in system architecture design
