Crywolf Looking for RETAIL ASSISTANT at Auckland City, Auckland Full Time

We are on the lookout for a stellar retail assistant to work in our new Flagship Store for New Zealand children’s brands Pretty Brave and Crywolf. If you love kids, have a passion for design and fashion, are self motivated and awesome at customer service, this could be the role for you!

The role

You will be responsible for running our newly opened Flagship store, where our priority is to deliver exceptional customer service and brand experience. As a children’s store, you must genuinely enjoy helping our littlest customers and their busy parents. You will be passionate about product knowledge, will receive training on shoe fitting, take pride in the retail space we have created and be well presented. You will be proficient with computers, accurate, able to check stock levels and willing to learn our inventory system. In quiet times, you will also be involved with email enquiries, returns and exchanges and other administration tasks.

Hours: Part time, approx 20 hours per week

Location: Apollo Drive, North Shore, Auckland

Start date: Immediate
