What you will do

DGIT Product Line – Operational Engineering

• Development and evolution of our application platforms (Docker/Nginx/Kafka/PostgreSQL/Keycloak/ Orchestration/High Availability/etc.).
• Enhance and maintain our existing CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and implementation of the monitoring and logging components.
• Support and maintain our existing development infrastructure and applications.

Infrastructure Architecture (AWS + Self-Hosted)

• Infrastructure designs to support managed environments.
• AWS Organisation, Product, Security, etc. designs to best take advantage of AWS resources.
• Design and management of our company network infrastructure.
• Build and deploy applications following an Infrastructure as code framework.

Technical Consulting

• Consultation with customers and technical designs to support specific operational requirements.
• Designs to support secure connectivity from our environments into customer domains.
• Provide operational support to our internal customer projects

Level 3 Support Activities

• Management of tickets which have been escalated through our service desk to Level 3.
• Input into Post Incident Reviews (PIRs) as required.
