CTES Consulting Hiring For Associate Director, Digital Marketing Strategist at Jurong Town Full Time

Reporting to the Director, Innovation Group, this position is responsible for developing digital strategies and innovative concepts into a blueprint to support and strengthen the University endowment capability. This includes innovative and sustainable donor engagement through managing digital platforms with relevant content and programmes. This position will assist the office in enhancing the donor base and new donor segments by deepening the reach and building long-term relationships with donors for the sustainability of the business.  

The role will lead solution development best practice including using contemporary rapid applications development methodologies such as iterative and agile software development. The incumbent will be responsible for working with business partners to evaluate digital concepts, opportunities and vendors to assess their value and how they best fit into the existing ecosystem of solutions. This will include developing strategies, programs and solutions based on business priorities, stakeholder insights and industry trends that support digital strategy.

The responsibilities of this role are:

• Conceptualise and develop omni-channel engagement strategies, establish a road map of digital and social media campaigns, as well as build strategies to grow donor participation, engagement and personalisation.
• Promote top-of-mind recall amongst donors through various stewardship efforts and build strong brand awareness
• Manage and optimize the content in various social networks and website in alignment with the overall digital media strategies, promote DVO and the Universities’ activities while actively engaging the audience
• Design and deliver relevant and positive experience for target audience, using the latest technologies to increase awareness, engagement and philanthropic support
• Conceptualise and collaborate with cross-functional teams to effect content impact outcomes, contribute ideas to optimise engagement, across the spectrum of communications materials on various social media platforms.
• Identify trends and insights to expand and develop new donor participation, as well as approaches and techniques for digital marketing to support fundraising and branding outcomes.
• Establish key metrics, assess, analyse, present digital analytics, propose solutions to boost the performance and effectiveness of social media campaigns
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, identify potential opportunities and propose areas to enhance engagement and growth in the digital space.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, specialisation in Communication & Digital Media or a relevant discipline;
• 10 years of relevant experience in leading omni-channel or large scale digital marketing strategies and campaigns
• An editorial mindset with an ability to inspire, write and produce content to communicate with a wide range of target audiences leveraging on user generated content;
• Demonstrated ability working with various Social Media Platforms, inbound marketing, digital media analytics, search engine optimization, as well as advertising and analytics tools such as Google AdWords and Google Analytics;
• Highly creative, driven, imaginative, curious and explorative by nature and be able to think out of the box;
• Able to work under a volatile, ambiguous and dynamic environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong enabling competencies such as planning and organising, analytical, project management skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of personal integrity, values and professionalism
