Position Responsibilities:

• Main job duty consists of accurate data entry related to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Scanning and keyword indexing for our paperless workflow system.
• Index, review and reconcile AP invoices and BOL’s once obtained.
• Request BOL’s for AP invoices and Shipped Orders when needed.
• Generate open orders report from Accounting System to request Bill- Of-Ladings from various warehouses and locations.
• Route reconciled orders to invoicing
• Misc. scanning and indexing( PO reqs, customer file, vendor file, supp. Doc, misc. doc)
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

· A degree is preferred but not required

· Strong organization and communication skills

· Detail-oriented with an ability to multi-task

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
