Job responsibilities 

-Handling of the shop day to day operations 

-Able to communicate with the customer and handling of customers queries and complaint

-Able to perform bicycle checks and repair services to walk-in customers

-Able to assembly new bike

-Marketing of shop products through online platform

-Understand shop product and recommend to customer according to their needs

-Cashering duties including opening and closing account

-Tuning of bicycle brakes and derailleur 

-installation of bicycle tyres, installation of shop product and bottom bracket    

Job Requirement

At least 3 years of working experience as a bike mechanic 

Able to commit 6 days work week 

Able to manage the shop and customer service
